His first paying job was a dancer for the Boomtang Boys. He landed his first feature film role in January 2001, Viktor Bokov in the Kathryn Bigelow-directed film "K-19: The Widowmaker (2002)". The film starred Harrison Ford and Liam Neeson as Russian submarine captains during the height of the cold war. Close played Ford's first aid officer and decoder on board. hide

Sam Leonard (Ryan Pinkston) is the new kid at Bridgeport High School.
